More than a gathering\, this is an invitation to dive into enriching discussions aimed at spreading equity throughout the nonprofit community.\nAt this roundtable\, we'll dive headfirst into open and honest conversations\, exchange cultural and professional experiences\, share insights\, and brainstorm ways to supercharge our resource development efforts. Together\, we'll tackle the big issues facing our community and the ways we can come together to solve them.\n\n\n\nLike other roundtables\, this event will center heavily on creating an environment for attendees to network with like-minded professionals. Consider it a chance to gather with fellow movers and shakers within a supportive atmosphere where everyone is heard. \n\n\n\nSo\, what are you waiting for? Let's band together and make some magic happen!\n\nFacilitated by: \n\n\n\nJennifer Tung Alexander\, MPA\, is the founder of Optimize Passion LLC\, a nonprofit leadership consulting firm. With 13 years of experience\, she specializes in coaching passionate founders new to the nonprofit sector. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management. She has served over 25 health and human service nonprofits\, focusing on board governance\, administration\, fund development\, and program capacities. Jennifer\, a second-generation Chinese American fluent in Mandarin\, is dedicated to cultural empathy and bridging understanding. She also founded Fountain of Life\, a senior community center\, and serves on the Advisory Council for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City. Jennifer resides in Cass County with her husband and four children.\n\n\n\nLuann Feehan\, CEO of Nonprofit Connect\, is a sought-after expert on nonprofit trends and best practices and a leading voice in Kansas City's nonprofit community. She has been invited to similar markets across the country to share her knowledge of nonprofit and association programs. Luann is a Certified BoardSource Governance Trainer and DiSC Behavioral Assessment Trainer. She brings over twenty years of experience in leading successful nonprofit teams.
