She's also a realist who knows experiencing a crisis is a rite of passage for almost everyone working in communications. In a career spanning almost 30 years\, she has developed crisis response plans while working in a variety of industries including telecommunications\, insurance\, higher education and health care.\n\n \n\nMichelle's communication expertise extends beyond crisis communications to include public and media relations\; legislative affairs\; executive communication\, and strategic communications planning.
