The nonprofit board governance concepts to be covered are:\n\n Board Roles and Responsibilities\n Legal Issues\n Nonprofit Finance\n Board/CEO Relationship\n Board Vitality\n Finding Meaningful Opportunities\n\nA program of the Board Development Series.\n\n\n\nPresenter: \n\n\n\nOur skilled presenter\, Luann Feehan\, is the executive director of Nonprofit Connect\, a Certified BoardSource Governance Trainer and an experienced nonprofit board member.\n\n \nCancellation/Program Policies:\nNo refunds will be processed after September 5. Please park in one of the two lots directly north and across 31st Street from the station\, leaving the main lot for KCPT staff and visitors with disabilities.
