This interactive webinar will provide an overview of the six major phases in the strategic restructuring process – assessment, resolution, negotiation, agreement, implementation, and integration. Drawing from case studies, participants will be provided with guidance on how to approach a potential strategic collaboration and the complementary yet distinct roles of board and staff in the process.
