Does your career fulfill your moral purpose, yet leave you feeling depleted? Do you leave work feeling drained emotionally or physically? Join us for an in-depth conversation about various forms of secondary or vicarious trauma and the ways in which the effects are manifested in our personal and professional lives! We'll complete a Professional Quality of Life Scale (PROQOL), discuss self-care techniques, and set up a plan to help us maintain our strength and sanity. It will be a training packed full of information to use in all aspects of your life!
