It can be hard to balance job responsibilities and stay motivated while supporting a boss?s goals. In this Connext Lunch & Learn\, Kelly Byrnes will share how young professionals can:\n\n Show up to learn\, contribute\, and build your reputation for excellence\n Manage up to support your boss?s goals and help them succeed\n Move up to accomplish your own goals\n\n\n\nWe?ll cover all of those\, along with how to balance them without getting too stressed out or cracking under the pressure.\n\n \nPresenter\n\n\n\nKelly Byrnes is President/CEO of Voyage Consulting Group (VCG)\, a management consulting firm Boards\, founders\, and executives rely on to help them tackle issues jeopardizing revenue\, retention\, and reputation. Kelly has spent her career in operations\, marketing\, strategic planning\, and Human Resources for large and mid-sized professional services and technical companies. She brings her diverse business background to VCG?s leadership development and company culture oversight practices. Kelly is an adjunct professor and executive coach for the MBA and EMBA programs of Rockhurst University\, a contributor to Forbes.com\, and the author of three books. Please park in one of the two lots directly north and across 31st Street from the station\, leaving the main lot for KCPT staff and visitors with disabilities. Do not park in spaces marked AKC in the west side of the lot. Use caution when crossing the street.\n\n \nA Connext Program\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nConnext (formerly YNPNkc) provides learning and networking opportunities for the next generation of nonprofit leaders.
