DESCRIPTION:Join Rachel Hutchisson\, VP of Corporate Citizenship and Philanthropy at Blackbaud\, Inc.\, for a virtual conversation about the state of giving and perspectives on the future of generosity. This session will be aimed to provide clarity and inspiration for our collective goal of advancing social good in a complex world.\n\n\n\nRachel has worked at the intersection of business and nonprofits for almost 30 years\, and brings a unique view of the Ecosystem of Good\, of which we are all a part. In this presentation\, she will share data about what was the state of giving going into 2020\, and updates from the Blackbaud Institute for which she is a senior advisor on what that picture looks like now as we make our way through a tumultuous year. Rachel will also share some examples that give us reason to be hopeful\, as well as some insights directly from her world of working at a company that seeks to empower its people to be Agents of Good.\n\n\n\nA program of the 501(c) Success National Speaker Series. This series brings prominent thought leaders to Kansas City to discuss the latest nonprofit research and trends.\nPresenter:\n\n\nRachel Hutchisson is a respected executive experienced in building and leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives\, forging strategic relationships and sharing expertise to further the field of social good. She is VP of Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy of Blackbaud\, Inc.\, a leading cloud software company focused on powering an Ecosystem of Good through its work with individuals\, nonprofits\, foundations and companies. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Blackbaud Institute.
