The Kansas City Center for Inclusion, Inc. (KCCI) is Kansas City’s only LGBTQIA+ community center. Carrying on the work of its predecessors, KCCI strives to live up to its mission of offering a safe and welcoming place for community members, their friends, family members, and allies.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator assists the Executive Director in communication and marketing objectives.
Organizing KCCI’s newsletters, blogs, website updates and social media presence
Maintain tabling materials, handouts, or other distributable items
Inventory all marketing materials
Organize KCCI’s story bank and generate additional stories
Assist with the planning of smaller KCCI outreach events
This is a non-paying position, and is wholly volunteer.
A personal motto of ethics, transparency, and high integrity
Strong written and oral communication skills
Graphic design experience preferred
