During this hands-on workshop\, you will:\n\n\n Learn about the skills and competencies most required of executive directors.\n Reflect on current skills and develop a road map for how you can personally round out your experience.\n Hear from OMNI HR's VP of Executive Recruiting about the qualities and qualifications Human Resource professionals look for when recruiting executive management.\n Engage with a panel of current executive directors for a candid conversation on what they wish they knew before jumping into the position\, what skills have helped them the most\, and what advice they would share with emerging leaders. \n\nThis session is ideal for aspiring leaders at any career stage.
