About Us
The Latinx Education Collaborative (LEC) is a Kansas City-based nonprofit working to create the conditions for Latino youth, families, and educators to thrive. Through educator pathways, student programming, family-centered supports, and community networks, LEC strengthens the relationships and resources that help Latino students succeed in school and beyond.
