OMNI Human Resource Management is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Since 1998, OMNI has served more than 400 organizations throughout the Kansas City metro area and across the country. Our main areas of service include consulting, executive search and recruitment, and comprehensive outsourcing of all HR functions.

Our vision is successful client organizations through a focused, aligned, and committed workforce. “OMNI” is a Latin prefix for “all.” As a third party shared service for HR management, our purpose and business model is to provide “all” of the human resource management needs any organization may request or require.

Our clients are looking for ways to improve business performance through: upgrading and/or outsourcing their human resources function; improving organizational and individual effectiveness; attracting and retaining high caliber employees.

While we certainly have the expertise and skills to serve larger corporations, our core clients are generally organizations with fewer than 500 employees. Our targeted client markets include: start-up firms, nonprofit organizations, family businesses, private equity firms, professional services organizations, firms experiencing growth and change, multi-unit/multi-state businesses.
