Shantelle Rockman is the Executive Director of Serve The World (STW) Charities, where she leads the organization's mission to strengthen families, support students, and build thriving communities throughout the Kansas City area. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, workforce development, education, and community engagement, she is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that address housing instability, youth development, and family well-being. Shantelle is known for building strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and connecting resources to meet the needs of underserved populations. A collaborative and servant-hearted leader, she is committed to expanding STW's impact while fostering innovation, accountability, and lasting community change.
