Building Trust: Creating Philanthropic Impact through Strong Nonprofits
Please join us to hear from Kim Meredith, Executive Director of the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society (Stanford PACS), an interdisciplinary research center and publisher of the Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR).
Ms. Meredith will address current trends and topics related to philanthropy and social innovation. Bringing her remarks close to home, she'll explore different approaches to how local funders, philanthropists and leaders can support strong nonprofits to create positive social impact in Kansas City.
Ms. Meredith brings more than thirty years of experience from corporate business, nonprofit leadership and academia, in addition to leadership on nonprofit and foundation boards.
A program of the 501(c) Success National Speaker Series which brings prominent thought leaders to Kansas City to discuss the latest nonprofit research and trends.
