Any nonprofit needing to write more than one proposal to fund their project or organization knows grant proposals need to be created as efficiently and effectively as possible. Creating a comprehensive case statement with high quality language about your organization and program is key to efficiency, helping you avoid starting from scratch every time you begin writing a proposal.
In this workshop you’ll learn to create a case statement section by section with key agency and program language so you won’t have a blank canvas when you sit down to start putting your thoughts together. Your ‘case’ needs to be clear, well written and current in order to be effective.
Please bring your laptop and previously written proposals and/or information about your agency and program that you wish to put together in a comprehensive case statement. This will be a working session! Attendees will leave with a strong start on all sections of their case statement.
Presenter Julie Assel, GPC will guide participants through the essential elements of a case statement, strategies for tailoring the case statement to the funders’ missions, and techniques for keeping the language current.
Attendance at this session is limited to 25.
