The William G. McGowan Charitable Fund has earmarked up to $1 million in grants focused on homelessness in the Kansas City area. The initiative, which is a 1-2 year effort strives to move families who are experiencing homelessness or living in extreme poverty to self-sufficiency through robust and holistic workforce development programming.

SR Foundation is issuing this RFP to Kansas City urban core not-for-profits who have experience fulfilling the historic mission of SR Foundation. Please complete the information outlined below and request funds in the range of $100,000 to $400,000 for either capital funding or support of operating needs to best meet the unmet needs of your target population.
