KC Connections is genKC's event that connects you, early career professionals, with leadership and volunteer opportunities for leading nonprofits and other organizations in KC! Whether you're looking for board positions, volunteering, or just making connections, this is your chance to grow your network. Plus, enjoy light apps, drinks and a beautiful Kansas City event space!

genKC serves early career professionals by providing a variety of professional development, community involvement and networking opportunities, facilitating the development of a variety of skill sets, equipping them to become the future leaders of the Kansas City region. genKC is apart of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.

Connext (formerly YNPNkc) provides learning and networking opportunities for the next generation of nonprofit leaders. We welcome people of all ages and professions, although most of our members are in their 20s and 30s and working in the nonprofit sector.
