During these times, nonprofit leaders must be creative to do more with less. A crisis like this, forces leaders to be innovative, learn as we go, be decisive to keep pace and all while confronting fear.
Let's face it. This is hard!
The choices of how we define our circumstances affect our clients, impacts our staff and influences public opinion about our organization.
When facing big, heavy challenges, this quote has relevance. "Only worry about that of which you have control over." There is so much of this crisis we cannot control. What we can control is how we proceed with our operations, one day at a time. While the core of these decisions land as the execs responsibility, the board should be nearby ready to assist.
This conversation will discuss the core areas both board and staff need to work through, and is especially recommended for Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and those responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors. Hope you'll join us.
The discussion will be facilitated by Luann Feehan, President & CEO of Nonprofit Connect.
