According to Gallup, Baby Boomers and Gen X employees are distinctly less engaged than others -- and they make up 88% of the U.S. workforce. Clearly employers face a multitude of challenges and opportunities from having four generations in the workplace. Join us as we take a deeper dive to understanding the behaviors and core values of each generation currently in the workforce - Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials - as well as some thoughts about gearing up for Gen Z.
Presenter Stacie Engelmann is past president of SHRM-KC and Assistant Vice President and HR Consultant for Lockton Companies. She’ll discuss the differences in job satisfaction among generations, with a nod to helping you attract and build a retention strategy for each generation.
