Strategic Plans: Your GPS to Future Success
Most people don’t get in a car and start driving without having a destination in mind or without a route to get there, yet leading an organization without a strategic plan is akin to driving around without a map or GPS. Developing a strategic plan ensures that organizational staff and leaders have a shared vision for success (the “destination”) and a plan to achieve it (the “route” and “itinerary”). Well-developed plans enable organizations to maximize resources, stay true to mission, and provide high-quality services.
Using examples from organizations large and small, JFFixler Group’s Beth Steinhorn will present the importance of a strategic plan, elements vital to a successful plan, and a process for developing one. She will also share tips and suggestions to develop a plan for your organization in an efficient and affordable way.
