Steven Iwersen is the founder and owner of Aurora Pointe, LLC, an international speaking and leadership development firm. He has been a professional speaker for more than 30 years and has been in active leadership roles since 1981. He is the author of The Porcupine Principles: How To Move Prickly People to Preferred Outcomes and the newly released Porcupine Philosophy: 365 Leadership Points to Ponder.
