For over 21 years, Blue Bird Bistro has brought people together around thoughtfully sourced, seasonal dishes—highlighting the talent of local farmers and the richness of Mid-American cuisine. Now, they’re partnering with US for an evening that puts ugly on full display: turning “imperfect” produce into unforgettable small bites.

Join us Tuesday, August 12th from 5:30–8:00 p.m. for a seasonal cocktail and chef crafted small plate made with rescued ingredients—showcasing what’s possible when passionate people and purposeful sourcing come together.

Tickets are $20 and include one featured drink and one bite.
You’ll connect with fellow food lovers, meet changemakers building a stronger local food system, and see how chefs and community partners are turning overlooked produce into something truly special.
