Thrive in Transition - a free Women's Health Breakfast

Please join Outreach International for Thrive in Transition, a free women’s breakfast on Tuesday, October 20 from 7:30–9:30 AM! This gathering is a chance to talk about something that too rarely gets the attention it deserves: navigating perimenopause and menopause. You’ll hear from a panel of experts about the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes that accompany this stage of life and how women from diverse communities, both here in Kansas City and globally, are navigating it with dignity, connection, and joy. Thrive in Transition is also an opportunity to bring women together from across the Kansas City community to connect, share knowledge, and grow awareness around women’s health and well-being at every stage of life.
