Kauffman Center volunteers donate their time at over 300 performances and events annually. Your skills can help the Kauffman Center provide excellent experiences to each and every one of our patrons, whether you volunteer several times a week or a couple times a month.
The Kauffman Center offers up close and free parking during volunteer shifts, flexible scheduling, an excellent training program, social outings around Kansas City, special events hosted at the Kauffman Center and much, much more!
Apply Today: Those interested in volunteering at the Kauffman Center may apply for the apprentice program, which is the selection process and training program for new and returning volunteers. The application for the 2025-2026 apprentice program is open for submissions through Friday, Aug. 8, 2025.
