Join the board and support the mission of the Urban Ranger Corps - to help prepare at-risk inner-city youth for responsible and productive futures through a program of disciplined work experience and service in their community; leadership development; and individualized planning for post-High School careers.
Serve on the board of a youth development organization in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We work with young men 12-18 living in high risk metropolitan areas helping them achieve and maintain passing grades in middle and high school; conflict resolution; mentoring; career opportunities . We are looking for members with expertise in Development/Fundraising, Finance and Legal. Board meets six times a year on the third Monday of the month. Three year terms with a maximum of two terms.
