We’re looking for a Coordinator, Donor Communications & Stewardship to help tell the story of that impact. In this role, you’ll shape how we communicate with and recognize the supporters who make our mission possible—bringing to life the ways philanthropy expands access, deepens engagement, and builds community through art.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead donor communications and stewardship efforts across the institution. You’ll create meaningful, mission-centered experiences for donors—translating impact into compelling stories that strengthen relationships and inspire continued support.
What You’ll Do

Craft and lead a donor communications and stewardship strategy grounded in impact and connection

Tell powerful stories that demonstrate how philanthropy supports access to art for all

Develop donor reports, impact pieces, and stewardship communications

Partner across teams to ensure consistent, thoughtful donor engagement

Use data and insights to continuously improve how we connect with supporters
What You Bring

Experience in donor communications, stewardship, or nonprofit development (4–6 years preferred)

A passion for storytelling and connecting people to purpose

Strong writing and project leadership skills

A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across teams

Understanding of donor engagement and fundraising strategy

Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - 74,999
