The Whole Person seeks a seasoned leader to manage payroll operations for Missouri CDS and Kansas HCBS programs, oversee Kansas office operations, and drive service expansion. This role supervises payroll and home care teams, ensures compliance, supports audits, and fosters cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in payroll, including 5+ in taxation
• 5–10 years in management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Experience with a disability or in a Center for Independent Living.
