What You’ll Do:

As Director of Outreach and Enrollment, you will:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness of PACE KC’s unique offerings.
• Build relationships with diverse populations, empowering them with knowledge about how PACE services can transform their lives.
• Lead enrollment efforts, guiding individuals and caregivers through the decision-making process with compassion and clarity.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and other leadership to achieve growth objectives in alignment with our mission.
• Represent PACE KC as a trusted advocate for seniors, fostering connections with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Public Health, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or senior care networks.
• Experience with long sales cycles and a talent for building trust with diverse populations.
• A proven ability to create and implement successful marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of older adults and their caregivers.
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for person-centered care.
