Marketing Coordinator
About Back to the Bible
Since 2025 the ministry has rebuilt its teaching platform and grown its YouTube audience from nothing to more than 130,000 subscribers, with hundreds of thousands more across social platforms. The organization is moving quickly, and its marketing work is carried by a small mix of staff and contractors.
About the Role
This is a coordination and execution role within a small team. Back to the Bible's marketing function is carried by a mix of staff and contractors, and much of the work involves keeping projects, assets, and deadlines aligned across that group. The person in this seat will touch nearly every campaign the ministry runs.
Certain channels sit outside this role. The YouTube channel, podcast distribution, and email marketing are owned by other team members. The Marketing Coordinator partners with those owners so that campaigns land consistently across every channel.
The position is full-time and hourly. Back to the Bible expects a standard forty-hour week, with any overtime approved in advance by the Executive Director.
