Donor Data Quality & Records Associate
Are you the person who spots the typo, catches the missing data, and secretly loves making systems run smoother? The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation is looking for a Donor Data Quality & Records Associate who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and creating efficient processes behind the scenes. In this role, you'll be the champion of data integrity, helping maintain and improve the systems that support our philanthropic work throughout the Kansas City community. You'll work across CRM platforms, reports, workflows, and business applications to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
What You'll Be Doing
?? Managing and maintaining CRM data and fund records
?? Conducting data quality reviews and cleanup projects
?? Supporting reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
?? Troubleshooting data and workflow issues
?? Testing system enhancements and new functionality
?? Collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver exceptional service and support
What We're Looking For
? 2-4 years of experience in CRM, database administration, data operations, or a related field
? Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
? Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical skills
? A natural problem solver who enjoys improving processes
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
? Someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and great customer service
