Program Case Manager – KCMO Angels
At KCMO Angels, our mission is to walk alongside children, youth, and families experiencing foster care by providing consistent support through intentional community. We believe relationships change lives. We are a passionate, mission-driven team working to expand support for foster families and youth throughout the Kansas City region, with a strong focus on Jackson County.

This full-time, hybrid position is based out of our North Kansas City office under our Core Collaborative Hours schedule (in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday) and includes occasional evening and weekend commitments for community meetups, family events, and volunteer activities
