NAIA Eligibility Center Seasonal Positions

The NAIA Eligibility Center determines the eligibility of all first-time student-athletes to compete at its member schools. To help with increased workloads, the center hires seasonal staff members for each eligibility cycle.

Position Details

  • Duration: June/July through September/October. Schedule and tenure vary depending on workload and performance. There is potential for full-time employment after the seasonal role.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT
  • Hybrid Options: Select roles offer a hybrid schedule (remote work on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday).
  • Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour.
  • Perks: Though this temporary position does not qualify for benefits, we offer covered parking, paid sick hours, and paid holidays.
Seasonal staff members may be required to fulfill duties listed under any of the categories listed below. Successful candidates are proficient in the following skills:
  • Professional communication
  • Critical thinking
  • Time management
  • Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Navigating a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail orientation
