POSITION SUMMARY The Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) is nonprofit organization and a national leader in the administration of Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). ICA has administered Missouri's multi-CoC Implementation since 2014, which the St. Joseph Continuum of Care joined in 2020. The HMIS is a web-based database used by over 100 organizations across the state, such as emergency shelters and housing providers, to collect data on households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
