About Us

People Of All Colors Succeed Organization is an inclusive 501(c) 3 centered on the philosophy that both students and adults we believe can make a meaningful impact on preventing bullying in their schools, workplaces and throughout their communities through leadership awareness, education, and emotional intelligence. Both, schools and businesses will be presented to participate in our very own POAC CAPS program to help drive change in their schools and workplaces. Through collaboration with both schools and businesses. We believe that we can make our communities stronger by increasing student achievement and employee engagement by reversing the alarming trends of bullying that takes place today.
