The Road Home

About Us

The Road Home will be focusing on homeless mothers that have lost custody of their child(ren) in Jackson County, Mo. The Road Home will be working with 7-10 families and provide them with trauma informed housing, easy access to court ordered services and additional supervised visits. The Road Home will assign the families a reunification specialist that will help set up services, provide transportation and send the courts and the Foster Care Case Manager a report with progress updates. Our goal is to provide enough support to the families that they are able to reunify within 6 months of the child(ren) entering states custody. The Road Home will also be focusing on helping the families break generational trauma and help the families be self-sufficient by the end of the program.
