Join us for a riveting and memorable morning panel and Live Q&A with seasoned nonprofit professionals that have extensive experience serving and uniting Kansas City’s AANHPI community.
Session/Learning Outcomes: Learn about their professional journeys, the joys and challenges of leading and uniting the Kansas City’s AANHPI community, wisdom for balancing family and civic life, and the mission and impact of the AANHPI-serving nonprofits that they lead.
Moderator:
Jennifer Tung Alexander, is the founder of Optimize Passion LLC, a nonprofit leadership consulting firm. With 13 years of experience, she specializes in coaching passionate founders new to the nonprofit sector. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management. She has served over 25 health and human service nonprofits, focusing on board governance, administration, fund development, and program capacities. Jennifer, a second-generation Chinese American fluent in Mandarin, is dedicated to cultural empathy and bridging understanding. She also founded Fountain of Life, a senior community center, and serves on the Advisory Council for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City. Jennifer resides in Cass County with her husband and four children.
