Belonging: A Strategic Dialogue

Belonging: A Strategic Dialogue

An immersive planning session for personal and professional Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging growth.

We all know that achieving a goal requires planning and skill development. In the past few years, many of us made personal and organizational commitments to DEIB. However, integrating these commitments and changed practices into our everyday work and life routine requires consistency and practice. That's why we're inviting you to join this highly participatory workshop to understand the foundations of belonging through an intersectional lens and learn how you can incorporate key inclusivity principles into your day-to-day life.

Participants in this workshop will:

  • gain tangible strategies on how to communicate and cultivate belonging in your organization,
  • identify personal and professional opportunities to create a more inclusive culture, and
  • practice having challenging conversations in a supportive environment.

This strategic dialogue is the perfect place for those new to equity and those well-versed in DEIB to elevate their skills and commitment to creating communities of belonging.

This is a program of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Series.

Facilitators:

In addition to the two facilitators, this workshop will include multiple speakers representing a variety of intersectional identities.
