Virtual Program: Unlocking the Full Power of the Admin–Manager Partnership
Nonprofit teams are often asked to do more with less, yet one of their most powerful resources for expanding capacity is already on the team. Administrative professionals bring perspective, institutional knowledge, and connective strength that multiply the impact of the people they support and the mission they serve.
In this interactive session, Rachel Suman, IAAP CXO, and Katie Mercier, CAP, IAAP Credentialing Manager, explore both sides of that partnership. Managers will discover what becomes possible when their admin is fully developed, and admins will learn how to demonstrate readiness, including through certification, before the opportunity arrives. Whether your partnership is just getting started or already thriving, you'll leave with a clear picture of where you are today and a concrete next step. Admins and the managers they serve are encouraged to attend together for greatest impact.
Learning objectives:
· Discover how a strong admin partnership creates more capacity, a more cohesive team, and a fresh perspective on the work, without adding budget or headcount
· Identify where your partnership stands today and what the next stage looks like
· Learn practical ways admins can demonstrate readiness for greater responsibility, including certification
· Leave with one concrete commitment to strengthen your partnership
This program is in partnership with the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
