Orpheus KC, a volunteer supporting organization of Lyric Opera of Kansas City, is seeking culturally curious board members with a passion for the performing arts! Orpheus KC's purpose is to build engaged and passionate opera audiences for today and the future by promoting the support and growth of Lyric Opera, increasing public awareness of Lyric Opera and the art of opera, raising funds, and supporting Lyric Opera programming.

Disney 100: The Exhibition Volunteer
It all began with a mouse and a dream. A dream that became a story. A story now being told. Dive into the world of The Walt Disney Company and experience 100 years of magic like never before! A once-in-a-lifetime event celebrating the iconic characters and stories that have captured the hearts of audiences around the globe. Volunteers may sign up for one or more of the following assignments: Exhibit Greeter, Ticket Scanner, Activation Monitor and Roamer.

2024 Garmin Kansas City Marathon
The Garmin Kansas City Marathon is one of the biggest races in the region and, due to this, needs a lot of help to keep the runners safe and on track. Course monitors are needed to help direct traffic, communicate with staff any problems, and cheer on the runners.

KCRW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit roller derby sports organization and one of the founding members of WFTDA. We have current openings on our Board, and seek members with a variety of skills & experience, particularly in the areas of legal, financial, real estate, and interpersonal expertise. The American Cancer Society's Kansas City Chairman’s Circle (CC) is intended to provide a diverse executive leadership forum for advancing the our life-saving mission. This advocacy includes assisting ACS staff by promoting program priorities and informing the public about ACS organizational priorities. Chairman’s Circle members will be asked to assist by advancing mission priorities, securing financial support, recognizing key contributors and building relationships with community leaders.

Front Desk Help
We need help greeting and checking in guests along with other administrative front desk duties, including answering phones, emails, and sorting paperwork. Drivers and Driver Assistants
Flourish is looking for a few folks with flexible weekday schedules to help us get donations picked up. Most shifts are only 1-4 hours and offer flexibility. Help transform lives by driving or assisting our drivers in picking up home furnishings and essentials for families right here in Kansas City. NO CDL required for driver or driver's assistant position. Annual DOT physical required, paid for by Flourish.
