About Us

Founded in 2020, Jarrard Consulting, LLC is a company that strives to create adaptive and innovative organizations that can survive the test of time. We assist and support clients via best practices in project management and gamification to solve problems and achieve success. Our strength is our experience organizing projects, working across different generations, and using gamification in the workplace. We are fearless and committed to helping our clients be more adaptive and innovative in the global marketplace.

James (also known as Zac) Jarrard, the owner, has been providing project management and gamification consulting since 2017; assisting organizations with building high performing multi-generational teams and completing projects to achieve success. In addition, he has an extensive background in using games in the workplace and project management.

Zac has worked with a variety of organizations in the for-profit and not-for-profit environments. He received a Dual Major in Political Science and Economics, MPA, MBA, and Master of Science from Park University, Summa Cum Laude. He has several community interests. Zac currently serves as Chair on the American Society for Quality Kansas City Section. In addition, Zac has served as a judge for the International Team Excellence Award.
