A Sneak Peek at a New (AI-Narrated) Training Series for Nonprofit Professionals

Value Stream Consulting, a Kansas City area-based firm that works with foundations and nonprofits nationally, is giving Nonprofit Connect members an early look at a new training resource before it's publicly available.

The course, Humans in Foundations, is seven short lessons breaking down the people, roles, and relationships inside a typical foundation. It's the first release from the MERL Value Stream Community, a space Value Stream Consulting has been building around its MERL framework (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) for people working across the foundation and nonprofit relationship.

Here's the twist: every lesson is presented by an AI. She's called Brooklyn, a digital twin of Value Stream Consulting's Community Director, Brooke Blizzard, built to speed up how fast the team can produce training content. She's still being fine-tuned, which is exactly why this is a sneak peek and not a launch. No registration required, watch one lesson or all seven.

Value Stream Consulting founder John Licata is looking for real reactions before it goes live: does Brooklyn feel natural as a presenter, or is the AI distracting? Can you focus on the content, or does the delivery get in the way? If you've got a few minutes, take a look and send your thoughts directly to john.licata@valuestreamconsulting.com.
