• Tuesday: 8:00am–12:30pm, 12:00pm–4:00pm 

• Wednesday: 8:00am–12:30pm, 12:00pm–4:00pm 

• Thursday: 8:00am–12:30pm, 12:00pm–4:00pm 

• Friday: 8:00am–12:00pm 

• Saturday: 8:00am–12:30pm, 12:00pm–2:00pm

Flourish Furniture Bank is Kansas City’s only furniture bank, serving families and individuals across Kansas and Missouri. Our 49,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom in Grandview, Missouri, is filled with furniture and household goods generously donated by local businesses and residents. Upholstery Repair Team Volunteer Responsibilities: 

 As part of the Upholstery Repair Team, you will help restore and repair upholstered furniture to ensure every item is in excellent condition for our clients. Volunteers mend tears, replace fabric, fix cushions, and perform other repairs to sofas, chairs, and more. This role is ideal for those with a willingness to learn a new skill or those with sewing or upholstery skills who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in bringing new life to donated items. Your efforts help ensure every family receives furniture that is not just functional, but comfortable and beautiful, ready to make any house feel like home.
