KC Farm School, a nonprofit urban education and production farm stewarding 14.5 acres in Wyandotte County, is seeking enthusiastic, community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors.

Reviews are completed online, allowing volunteers to participate from anywhere.

KCRW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit roller derby sports organization and one of the founding members of WFTDA. We have current openings on our Board, and seek members with a variety of skills & experience, particularly in the areas of legal, financial, real estate, and interpersonal expertise. Candidates must be committed to fostering cultural change to support our efforts to be anti-racist, trans-inclusive, and encouraging of interpersonal growth. Through volunteering at MOCSA, you join a community of diverse individuals who are dedicated to ending sexual violence in our society. MOCSA has many opportunities for Volunteers interested in serving their community, including Hospital Advocacy, Crisis Line and Project Aware (Education).

The Sewing Labs is growing and thriving, and we’re expanding our board of directors. We’re especially seeking leaders with expertise in Finance, Fundraising, and Workforce Development to guide our mission of teaching the legacy of sewing for employment, entrepreneurship, and enrichment. Board members serve two-year terms, meet quarterly, and make a personally meaningful financial contribution.
