Volunteer with Down Syndrome Innovations!
Come Volunteer with Us!
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with our teen and adult social groups and also childcare for siblings of our little ones with Down syndrome. These sessions occur on Monday and Tuesday evenings and also Friday and Saturday mornings. We are able to offer so many supports and services because of our volunteers who offer their time, talent and their hearts!
All sessions take place at our facility, located at 5916 Dearborn in Mission, Kansas, unless noted otherwise. If you have any questions about volunteering, would like to learn more about opportunities before you help out, or would like a tour of our space, please contact me at jessica@kcdsi.org .
Our childcare and teens sessions are often energetic and playful, while our adult sessions are often more relaxed and structured. Please register for the groups that suit you best! The main role for our volunteers is to provide a positive example, help keep participants engaged in the activity in a safe environment and to help ensure a meaningful experience for all.

Your support of these services allows Down Syndrome Innovations to continue to provide complimentary sessions to children, teens, and adults with Down syndrome and their families all year long. Your time and talent make a significant impact on our community!
Please e-mail Jessica Fahey at jessica@kcdsi.org for more information or to sign up for volunteer opportunities.
