Pinnacle Winds is looking for board members

Pinnacle Winds is seeking several new board members to join our Board of Directors for 2025. There is no financial commitment. We meet every six weeks in the evening for about 60-75 minutes, usually via Zoom. Pinnacle Winds is a professional concert band in Kansas City striving to become the first non-military, full-time, professional wind band in America this century. We provide high-level performances of great concert band music. We also aim to provide educational outreach to secondary school instrumental music programs in the Kansas City area. Although not required, a love of music and its value to our community would be desirable. Previous experience as a band parent member or previous experience in a band at some point would likewise be helpful.
