Reporting to the Human Relations Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the ongoing strategy to support the staffing needs of the Kansas City Public Library. Activities include sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees. In addition, is a key team member involved in employee retention. This is a full - time, exempt position with a starting salary of $50,382, plus excellent benefits. Schedule Monday - Friday with occasional evenings & weekends. Job
