The Administrative Assistant is a dynamic and detail-oriented position that provides support to the People Services department leadership for a large non-profit organization with 1,200-1,500 associates. This role is a key to driving the Y’s mission forward by providing critical administrative support that ensures the smooth operation of key people support services including training and leadership development, associate recognition and other people services support. This position will manage essential processes, from tracking certifications and training efforts to maintaining a digital documentation system. Starting Pay: $17 per hour
