The Nelson-Atkins seeks a Coordinator to support its Interpretation & Adult Programs team. This position provides vital administrative, operational, and project support to ensure the smooth delivery of interpretive initiatives and adult programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for programs and projects, including scheduling, meetings, and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records, compile data, and assist with reporting.
Support budget tracking, contracts, invoices, and reimbursements.
Assist with engagement of community partners and stakeholders.
Contribute ideas for visitor engagement and help evaluate programs.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Salary Range: $46,762 – $52,653 annually
Primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings/weekends for programs.
