Overview: This role supports legacy Initiative partnership stewardship and development, produces networking events and ribbon cuttings, and coordinates our national and local Chamber Management Services affinity programs and serves as a resource to members, in service to the Chamber’s strategic plan, focusing specifically in the area of Organizational Excellence. This role also provides internal support to the Strategic Partnerships department and assistance to maintain our Chamber database.
Responsibilities:
(45%) Support Legacy Initiative partnerships
- Manage partner records within ChamberMaster
- Collect Initiative partner revenue; create and send invoices to partners throughout the year, follow up to ensure payment
- Partner with Director, Strategic Partnerships to produce annual initiative sponsor booklet, engagement guide, and partnership proposals
- Schedule all annual initiative sponsor meetings

Coordinate Neighborhood Networking events
- Act as main point of contact for events
- Invite and track RSVPs to upcoming networking events
- Coordinate logistics, i.e. signage, A/V, registration table

Coordinate ribbon cuttings
- Act as main point of contact for ribbon cuttings
- Coordinate logistics, i.e. day, time, location, invitations, materials
- Take photos and post to social media
(10%)
Administrates our Chamber Management Services affinity programs
- Coordinate Chamber Management Services’ day to day functions including revenue tracking and rebates where applicable
- Primary liaison for Chamber Management Services’ affinity program contacts

Provide support to maintain our Chamber database
- Work with members and staff to update and maintain accurate records in our Chamber database
(5%)
Serve as resource to members
- Listen to members’ needs and provide correct information to pair them with the right program or contact
- Walk members through an overview of the Chamber and guide them to their areas of interest

Provide project support for department as needed
- Work with department staff on projects, as requested
