Project Operations Analyst
The Project Operations Analyst supports organizational projects by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, and assists with testing and reporting. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate results

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, QA, or process improvement
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce, reporting tools, and Microsoft 365
- A detail-oriented, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
