Position Summary: The CNP Programs Coordinator oversees the recruitment, enrollment, and credentialing processes for CNP and Advanced CNP program participants, with a primary focus on increasing enrollments and credential rates. This role ensures program standards, supports participant engagement, provides customer service, and collaborates across teams to drive program success.
Location: Remote.
Full-time: This is a full-time position. The Alliance provides a flexible working environment with a 4-day work week. Regular working hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Position reports to: Director of CNP Programs
Salary range: The salary range for this role is $50,000-52,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance; 403b employer match; paid time off beginning 90 days after hire; and 13 paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Enrollment Management:
    • Coordinate annual recruitment and enrollment efforts by cultivating and tracking leads and running reports.
    • Oversee the enrollment pipeline, conducting follow-up with leads.
    • Develop and deliver engaging sessions for prospective CNP learners.
    • Develop and execute enrollment campaigns for CNP tracks, including collegiate and professional audiences.
    • Collaborate with marketing for campaign communications, branding, and website updates.
  2. Program Coordination:
    • Oversee the learner journey from application to credentialing across all CNP tracks, and the Advanced CNP.
    • Approve applications and enrollments, ensuring adherence to CNP standards.
    • Manage participant engagement efforts, including outreach on CNP Central, the online community platform for CNPs and Advanced CNP.
    • Assist with speaker facilitation for monthly events and annual virtual conference, Elevate.
  3. Administrative & Strategic Support:
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare data-driven reports using Neon, our client management software.
    • Explore innovative strategies to improve CNP workflows and participant experiences.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Foster positive relationships with the NLA team and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in task forces, staff events, and community engagement initiatives.
 Qualifications:
  • Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential preferred.
  • Interest in the mission of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
  • Experience in program coordination in a nonprofit role preferred.
  • Comfortable talking with and presenting to various audiences, both collegiate and professional.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in learning new tools to enhance user experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
